All my meals are smoothies since I got my wisdom teeth out this morning. OW. But my smoothie was awesome: blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, pomegranate juice, vanilla almond milk, and vanilla protein powder. YUM!
Went kind of Mediterranean today trying to get rid of all my food for the end of the year. Post-workout dinner of baked salmon, squash, and couscous with feta cheese, almonds, and Italian seasoning. All really good, but I wish I had sun-dried tomatoes for the couscous.
